Hi, my name is Joanna Brailey

I enjoy traveling, learning about different cultures and all things related to food. When I am not globetrotting I enjoy assisting individuals with strategically mapping out their future. 

I am a graduate of Charleston Southern University where I obtained a BS of Psychology and my MBA. I have over five years of experience working with students and families.

I have visited 15 countries and lived in China for two years where I taught at a university. My experience in China and traveling around Asia opened my eyes and allowed me to explore who I am and who I needed to become. I traveled to China alone and didn't know a soul, but when I returned to America I had friends from all walks of life and nationalities. Every student should experience this "Aha moment" when they realize not only is the world smaller than they thought but that we have more similarities than differences as well as in everything there is a lesson.  

My life hasn't been filled with exotic foods and beautiful scenery I too have changed careers and quit my "dream job." The one thing that has allowed me to move flawlessly across careers is my ability to interview as well as add value in any role. That is what I will share with you and your child. The key is having a plan and executing. 

I have been where you are and I was able to come out on the other side!
